Skriva en lyssnarrapport

Det finns många sätt att utforma en lyssnarrapport, men för att den skall betraktas som en rapport över en hörd station, skall följande vara med:

Reception was achieved by means of a communications / domestic receiver of model DRN 454
with 1 tube / transistors and an outdoor / indoor antenna, type magnetic loop, 1 metres long.
Personal information: I am 30 years old and working as a DX-er.

Kommentarer: Formuläret innehåller allt som behövs, men uppfattas av många stationer som ganska opersonligt. Idag när många stationer sparar in så gäller det att forma lite trevligare och personligare rapporter.
Det som är färgat rött i rapporten är det som Du fyller i. Dessa blanketter kan beställas av DX-Köp.

This is a report from Sweden. I heard your broadcast the 1999-February-12 on the frequency of 11400 kHz.

My receiver is a DRN 454 domestic model with a magnetic loop antenna. My location is Radiostad which can be found approx. 20 km north from Radioborg.

At the time of your broadcast on 11400 kHz, the SINPO was 43334.

The details are perhaps not the very best ones and could of course be more, but I do hope that it will proof my reception of your program.

It was with a strong but slightly fading signal that you was heard here in Radiostad this Saturday. The modulation was good. I do like the information given about the stone collecting in Långtbortistan. I have no time today for this, but I hope with your information in mind someday start collecting stones.

Something about myself: I'm 30 years old and married to my ugly wife Ulla Bella. I have been interested in DX-ing since 1985. Beside my radiohobby I’m also interested in stamps, wine and fishing!

Kommentarer: Här har vi användt datorn och snyggat upp rapporten. En liten bild på Dig själv skadar aldrig. Svartvitt eller färg spelar mindre roll, personlighetsfaktorn är höjd med 100%.
Denna rapport är bara ett exempel av många varianter, det är idag viktigare att man poängterar programkommentarerna än petar in så många programdetaljer som möjligt. Det är viktigt att lyssna på programmet. Risken finns annars att den som läser ditt brev genomskådar dig med att ha lyssnat på flera andra samtidigt och bara rattat in för att plocka detaljer.

Programdetalj

Vad är en bra programdetalj? Det är nog lättare att ge exempel på dåliga, men här är några förslag:

Bra:
  • Reklaminslag
  • Namngivna låtar
  • Namn på personer som deltar i programmet


    Dåliga:

  • Man/kvinna sjunger
  • Ni spelade musik
  • Prat av man/kvinna

    Ofta är det så att programinslagen är kända, så att ge exempelvis nyheter eller presshörnan som detaljer är att betrakta som dåliga detaljer.

    Tidsangivelser

    Enklast är att ange tiden i UTC.
    Svensk sommartid = UTC + 2 timmar
    Svensk vintertid = UTC + 1 timma
    Om klockan är 12 svensk sommartid, är den alltså 10 UTC.

    SINPO

    Att ange hörbarheten med SINPO-koden är svårt, men inte omöjligt.
