RBI s\u00e5g som sin fr\u00e4msta uppgift att informera utl\u00e4ndska lyssnarna om det socialistiska Tyskland inom alla samh\u00e4llets omr\u00e5den.<\/p>\n<p>Egentligen var det Radio DDR som stationen hette vid starten men 1959 skedde ett namnbyte till RBI. De s\u00e4nde program till Sverige till 1991, d\u00e5 gick bland annat Claes \u00c5gren \u00f6ver till Deutschlandfunk.<\/p>\n<p>Chef f\u00f6r de svenska programmen var under 80-talet Helga Dost som \u00e4ven bes\u00f6kte ett antal Parlament samt EDXC i Stockholm 1984. Har lagt in 30 minuter av ett program fr\u00e5n 1988 som jag hittade i mina g\u00f6mmor med i slutet en snutt av en brevl\u00e5da.
